Zen Portfolio Management Service is a fixed-income strategy focusing on suitably chosen listed high-grade debt investments that can offer significant risk-adjusted returns over Indian government securities investments in a two-three year time frame.
Investment Strategy
A portfolio of high credit rating fixed income securities (SOV, AAA, and AA) that have minimal credit risk
A focused portfolio of 7-10 high quality investments
The strategy aims to generate a return of 7%-8%

Use of proprietary quant model (SCAPFe) along with fundamental analysis to evaluate credit
Some of the portfolio holdings are wrapped as Market Linked Debentures which is more tax efficient
Certain pockets of the debt market are very attractive but not highly liquid, we capture these opportunities here
Minimal transaction costs by staying invested for a longer duration, rather than trading
